My family has used Buonfiglio's for generations. When my mom recently passed, I knew exactly who to turn to. The staff is kind, compassionate and professional. Joel helped me from beginning to end and was an absolute rock for me throughout this process. Joel was extremely empathic and helped break down every step of the process for me seamlessly, and was always there when I needed him. During such a horrible circumstance, you need a team of people -- Joel & the Buonfiglio team -- you can rely on no questions asked.

During a very difficult time in our family's life - the Buonfiglio staff, especially Paul, were extremely empathetic and compassionate during a time when it was difficult to think. I highly recommend Buonfiglio Funeral Home. After a very unexpected death in the family following a tragic accident, the team at Buonfiglio made everything as easy as possible. My loved one's body had to be transported from out of state on a weekend and they were able to coordinate that quickly and efficiently. Paul (as well as Joel and Marianne) was very responsive via phone and email at any time of day. When I met Paul in person he was incredibly professional and compassionate. The funeral planning process was very streamlined and easy and we never felt pressured to make any decisions or purchases that we didn't want. The price was very reasonable and clearly stated.

On the day of the services, the staff at Buonfiglio were wonderful. They were pleasant, helpful, and respectful at all times. The facilities are beautiful and well appointed. Paul took care of details I wouldn't have even considered and made sure everything went beautifully. I felt supported by them throughout the entirety of the services at three seperate locations. They included lovely thank you notes for us to share with our friends and family and were with us every step of the process. There's so much to do that it can feel overwhelming, especially while you're grieving, but I am so grateful to Paul and the rest of the team at Buonfiglio for making this part of our journey as pleasant and stress free as possible.

The entire staff at Buonfiglio was extremely incredible. Losing my father at such a young age was devastating I was completely clueless and lost.
