Nicholas A. Gallo 91 of Billerica passed away on March 15, 2021. Born in Lynn on December 10, 1929 to the late Carmine and Maddalena (Modugno) Gallo. Beloved husband of Rose (Orlandella). Nicholas and Rose resided and raised their 3 children in Lynn before moving to Billerica. Devoted father of Madelene Gallo, Marie Gallo, and Victoria Gallo all of Billerica. Cherished grandfather of Derek Dumas and his wife Jennifer of Wilmington, Christopher Gallo and his wife Shakia of Rockport, and Jason Gallo and his fiancé Melissa Frazier of Lynn. Adored great grandfather of Kianna Gallo of Lynn, Nicholas Gallo of Tynsboro, Ariana Gallo of Rockport, Natalia and Julian Gallo of Lynn. Dear brother of Danny Gallo and his wife Dolly of Lynn, Anthony Gallo and his longtime companion Karen Gagne of Salem, and the late Connie and her husband Frank Petroni, the late Frank Gallo and his surviving wife Celeste of Saugus, the late Carmine and his wife and Jean Gallo, and the late Cathy and her husband Robert Prepiora. Caring brother in law to Ralph Orlandella and his wife Anna. Nick is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, and countless friends. Nick proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. After 6 years he was honorably discharged on July 14, 1953. He worked as a car salesman for York Oldsmobile and York Ford for many years. Family meant everything to Nick and he would do anything for them. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Anthony’s Church 250 Revere St, Revere on Thursday March 18, 2021 at 12:00pm. Masks and social distancing are required. Names and temperatures will be taken upon entrance to church. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
