In the early hours of August 9, 2026, Robert Trentini, a man of honor, resilience, and warmth, passed away. Born on July 25, 1944, in Everett, MA, Robert, affectionately known as Bob, lived a fulfilling and impactful life, leaving an indelible mark on all those who had the pleasure of knowing him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Domenic and Concetta (Galante) Trentini, and his sister Sarafina Milo. He is survived by his devoted wife, Gloria (Tecci) Trentini, his sister Deanna Comeau, and a host of loving nieces and nephews. Bob was a proud Everett native who called Revere, Massachusetts his home for many years.

Known for his strong work ethic, Robert served as an Surety Bond insurance underwriter from 1977 to 2010. He was a decorated Vietnam veteran, having served in the United States Army from 1970 to 1975, a period of his life he was incredibly proud of. Robert was a passionate fan of the Red Sox and the Patriots, and he also enjoyed boxing and computers. His love for cooking was infectious, filling his home with the delicious aroma of his culinary creations, usually at 3:00am! Robert's love for his family was incomparable. Married to his best friend and love of his life, Gloria, for 49 wonderful years, they built a life filled with joy and mutual respect. Even though they didn't have children of their own, Uncle Bob was a father figure to his many nieces and nephews whom he adored and cherished. His legacy will be remembered through his loving nature, and his commitment to his family and country.

A funeral service for Robert will be held Friday, August 14, 2026, from 10:00-11:00AM at Saint Mary's Parish 670 Washington Ave, Revere, A funeral mass will follow. Interment will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett.
