Paula (Fala) Corrado

CORRADO, Paula (Fala) – of Revere, passed away June 23rd at the age of 97. Beloved wife of 60 years to the late John E. Corrado. Devoted mother of John B. Corrado and his wife Karen of Revere and Paul Corrado and his wife Domenica of Lynnfield. Dear sister of the late Grace Villiote, Catherine Quagenti and Mary Tirro and sister-in-law to Joseph P. Corrado and his wife Ann of Revere and the late Adeline Corrado. Cherished grandmother of Christopher and Catherine Corrado and step-grandmother to Jamie Hershey and her husband Jarrod and Kristin Degou. Adored great-grandmother of Theodore, Harrison and William Hershey. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews. Paula was a filing clerk for New England Life Insurance for many years, retiring in 1989. She was a prefect in the St. Anthony Society as well as a past president of the former Chatterbox Club of Boston. A visitation will be held at the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons ~ Bruno Funeral Home, 128 Revere Street, Revere on Monday, June 28th from 9:30 – 11:45 AM followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Anthony’s Church, 250 Revere St, Revere at 12:00 PM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Home for Little Wanderers, 10 Guest Street, Boston, MA 02135.
