Paul L. Renois, a loving husband, father, brother, and son passed away on July 1, 2026, at the age of 74, after a life full of love, faith, and devotion to his family.
Born on July 28, 1951, in Haiti, Paul's journey carried him from the Caribbean to Brooklyn, New York, and finally to Everett, Massachusetts, where he built a warm and welcoming home for his family. His life was one defined by compassion, hard work, and an unwavering commitment to those he loved.
Caring for others was Paul's calling, both in his work and in his heart. For many years he served as a Certified Nursing Assistant in various hospitals, where his gentle, nurturing spirit made a difference in the lives of countless patients. That same compassion carried into every corner of his life.
Paul was happiest surrounded by family, and he had a gift for bringing them together. A devoted cook, he poured love and warmth into every dish he prepared, and the table he set was where his family's best memories were made. He treasured trips to New York and days spent at amusement parks, filled with laughter and joy. In his quieter moments, he found contentment watching church services on television, tending to his home and taking pride in caring for it, and reminiscing about his younger days on the soccer field. Even the family dogs knew the warmth of his affection, and held a special place in Paul's heart.
Above all, Paul was a man of deep faith, finding peace and strength in prayer and in his church. His devotion to God was matched only by his devotion to his family, whose happiness and wellbeing were always his greatest priority.
Paul is lovingly survived by his spouse, Mimose Renois; his daughter, Daniska Renois; his sons, Cliff and Ridley; his daughters, Fabiola and Cindy; and his stepson, James. He also leaves behind many loving siblings, nieces, nephews, and cousins, along with a wide circle of dear friends. The love, care, and steadfast support he gave so freely will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
A visitation will take place on Saturday, July 18, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Paul Buonfiglio & Sons-Bruno Funeral Home, 128 Revere Street, Revere, MA, with a Prayer Service immediately following. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
