Joseph Buccieri

Joseph Buccieri, 81, of Revere, passed away on April 27, 2026. Born on February 9, 1945, Joseph was raised in Boston's North End before moving to East Boston, where he raised his family, and later settling in Revere, which he called home for the last 25 years.

Joseph was a man of quiet generosity and dry humor. He had a lifelong love of yard sales and flea markets, always with a sharp eye for a good find. Those who knew him well understood that behind his tough exterior was a steady, devoted man — one who showed his love not through words, but through his presence and his actions. He was someone you could count on, and that meant everything to the people he loved.

He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Dorothy (Hudson) Buccieri.

He is survived by his sons, Joseph Buccieri and his wife Brenda of Revere, and Derek Buccieri and his wife Kristie of Atkinson, NH; his cherished grandchildren, Joseph and his fiancée Julia, Nico and his wife Hannah, Gina, and Adrianna and her fiancé Ryan; his dear siblings, Kathy, Carol and her husband Ronnie, David, Peter and his wife Ana, and Michael and his wife Lisa; and many loving nieces and nephews.

Joseph will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, May 3, 2026, with visitation from 2:00 to 4:30 PM, followed by a prayer service at 4:30 PM, at Buonfiglio Funeral Home, 128 Revere Street, Revere, MA.
