Genualdo, Jodie Ann of Lynnfield formerly of Revere passed away on August 26, 2026, at the age of 58. Born on October 14, 1967, to Philip Genualdo Sr and the late Carol Ann (DeSisto). Jodie was a woman of remarkable warmth who carried a heart so big, it seemed to beat not just for her, but for every soul whose life she touched. She was a caring daughter, loyal friend, and a fervent lover of the simple joys of life. Remembered for her infectious laugh, her stylish wardrobe, and her fondness for Newport cigarettes, Jodie lived a life that was uniquely her own.
In the words of Maya Angelou, "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." This quote embodies the essence of Jodie’s life. Her beauty, both inside and out, was undeniably profound, as was her love for her family. She found great joy in her family home in New Hampshire and cherished every moment spent with her beloved father, Philip Sr. She had a flair for making people feel special and loved, and she was fiercely protective of those she held dear.
She was a dear sister of Joseph Genualdo and his late wife Carolyn of Peabody, Philip Genualdo Jr. and his wife Louise of Peabody, and Garry Genualdo and his late husband Alan Murray of FL. An adored aunt of Anthony Genualdo and his fiancé Randi Cutlip, Bianca Genualdo and her fiancé Tyler Davis, and Joei-Lyn Genualdo. A cherished niece of Rita Krassnoff and her husband Larry of Revere, Ciretta Howard and her late husband Gen. Robert Howard of VA, and the late Murph and Vinnie Witkowski. She also leaves behind her caring Nonni Mary Corrao and her beloved dog Maisie. Also survived by countless friends and extended family members.
Funeral from the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons Funeral Home 128 Revere St, Revere on Friday, September 4, 2026a 10:00am followed by Funeral Mass at St. Anthony of Padua Church in Revere at 11:00am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. A Visitation will be held on Thursday from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at the funeral home. Private Interment.
