Joanne H. Sponagle age 64 of Revere on Feb. 12, 2011 after a lengthy battle with cancer. A Chelsea resident for most of her life before moving to Revere 14 years ago. As a nurse aide she worked in many of the local nursing homes in the area. She leaves behind her husband William, her two sons William, Robert & his wife Maurine and three loving grandchildren William, Lilly & Leila. Dear sister of Annette DeFranzo, Nancy Stackhouse, Denise Russo, Joyce Pappadinas & the late Anthony Russo. Visiting hours in the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons - Bruno Funeral Home 128 Revere St. REVERE on Tuesday, Feb. 15th 3-7 pm. Followed by a prayer service at 7 pm. Relatives and friends are kindly invited.
