Mr. Jean-Philippe H. Wheeler passed away Thursday, June 15, 2023 at the age of 79. Born in Paris, France to the late Heins Becker and Paulette Wheeler. Jean-Philippe lived in Hanover, Germany until he was three and a half before moving to Compi&egravegne, France where he remained until 1959. Mr. Wheeler was very proud of his French heritage. He would also defend the United States as a Sargeant in the Airforce during the Vietnam War.
