Glen Martin Manson-Hing
August 30, 1956 – October 26, 2026
Glen Martin Manson-Hing of Revere Beach, MA, passed away on October 26, 2026, at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, surrounded by his family. He was 70 years old.
Glen was born on August 30, 1956, in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, to Winston and Jocelyn Manson-Hing. He grew up in the Caribbean and was educated in the Caribbean and London, England. He later moved to Boston to pursue a new chapter in his career and eventually settled in Revere Beach, Massachusetts.
Over a career spanning more than 30 years, Glen worked as a program and project manager in financial services, information technology, healthcare and education. Wherever he worked, his thoughtful and compassionate nature showed in the way he always put the well-being of his team first.
Family and faith were the cornerstones of Glen's life. A devout Roman Catholic, he was guided by his faith through life's challenges and triumphs. He found strength in the words "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13), and "The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want" (Psalm 23:1).
He found joy on the water as a passionate sailor and on the slopes as an avid skier, activities that he loved sharing with his family.
Glen is survived by his loving wife, Leslie Manson-Hing, of Revere Beach, and his son, Christopher Manson-Hing, of Newport, Rhode Island. He also leaves his mother, Jocelyn Manson-Hing, and his brothers, Gregory Manson-Hing and Christopher Manson-Hing (Monika), all of Santa Barbara, California; his sister, Leslie Ann Manson-Hing, of Calgary, Alberta; his mother-in-law, Bernice Cheung; and his sister-in-law, Renee Lee Young (Terence). He was predeceased by his father, Winston Kelvin Manson-Hing; his brother, Richard Manson-Hing; and his aunt, Lena Larson (née Johnston).
A Visitation will be held at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 250 Revere St, Revere on Friday, November 6, 2026, from 9:30am to 10:00am followed by a 10:00am Mass in the church. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Private Interment. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to Malden Catholic High School in memory of Glen Manson-Hing.
