Filomena Berlangieri

Filomena Berlangieri of Revere passed away on February 11 peacefully at her home. Filomena was born in San Mauro Cilento, province of Salerno, Italy to the late Giuseppina Paolillo and Francesco Conte. Sister to the late Domenic Conte. She was married to the the late Tullio Berlangieri for 59 years. In 1970, Tullio and his family immigrated to the United States. There they joined Tullio’s sister Maria and Filomena’s brother Domenic. Filomena worked at Jeveli’s Restaurant for 44 plus years. There she cooked many Italian specialties. Filomena is survived by her children Ben Berlangieri and his wife Lisa of Peabody, and Maria Maida and her husband Larry of Peabody. Cherished grandfather of Michael Berlangieri and his wife Devi, Michelle (Berlangieri) and her husband Matt Carregal, and Angelo, Arianna and Anthony Maida. Adoring great grandmother of Vincent Berlangieri. She also leaves behind her sister in laws , Maria Conte and Lucia Kent. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. The family would also like to express their gratitude to Kevin Soares for taking such great care of Filomena. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Anthony’s Church 250 Revere St, Revere on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at 10:00am social distancing and masks are required (names and temperatures will be taken upon entrance). Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Entombment Holy Cross Mausoleum.
