Evelyn "Evy" Ambrose

Ambrose, Evelyn “Evy” of Stoneham on December 19, 2016. She had just celebrated her 87th birthday in October. Beloved wife of the late Albert Bianchi and William Ambrose. Loving mother of Doreen (Bianchi) Dileo and husband Joseph (who she considered her “second son”) of North Port FL, and son Stephen Bianchi of North Port FL. She was so devoted to her family that she moved to Florida to be closer to them. Cherished grandmother of Debra-Lynne (Dileo) Austin of Revere. Also survived by many dear nieces and nephews. Evy was an avid bingo player who enjoyed going to Foxwoods and Las Vegas. She loved all things Italian: food, music and language. She was even disappointed that she could not find many people who still spoke Italian. She was adventurous and went parasailing at the age of 65. She was an animal enthusiast and was inseparable from her daughter’s pet schnauzer. Evy was retired from Atwell-Linear where she was credit manager. Arrangements under the direction of the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons~Bruno Funeral Home 128 Revere St., Revere, MA 02151. A memorial service will be held at a later date. In Lieu of flowers donation can be made in Evelyn’s name to the Alzheimer’s Association Massachusetts Chapter, 480 Pleasant St, Watertown, MA 02472.
