Elena Gaeta

Elena (Scenna) Gaeta passed away peacefully on July 18, 2025, at the age of 93. Born on October 4, 1931, in Everett, Massachusetts, Elena was a remarkable woman whose strength and resiliency that left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her.

A devoted homemaker, Elena built a warm and loving home for her family in Revere, Massachusetts, where she spent most of her adult life. In 1987, she moved to Lutz, Florida, where she continued to nurture a household filled with care, comfort, and connection.

Elena is survived by her loving sons and their families: Scott and Patricia, and their children Alyssa, Nicholas, and Gianna; and John and Maria, and their children DJ and JJ. She was the beloved wife of the late John Gaeta and the cherished sister of Anna (Scenna) Kendrick. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Antonio and Linda Scenna. She is also survived by his nieces and nephews. 

Visiting hours are Thursday, July 24, 2025, 10:00-11:00AM with a prayer service at 11:30AM at Paul Buonfiglio & Sons-Bruno Funeral Home followed by an Entombment in Holy Cross Mausoleum. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
