Monk-Chase Dorothy (Censullo) of Naples FL formerly of Revere and Chelsea on Sept 15th. Beloved wife of the late Frederick Monk and William Chase. Devoted mother of Donna Vadala of Wakefield, Diane Monk-Harrison and her husband Ian of TX and Frank Monk. Loving daughter of Dorothea (Lee) Censullo of East Boston and the late Frank. Dear sister of Rosemary Vitello of Somerville and Barbara Censullo of Saugus. Also survived by 2 loving grandchildren Toni and Tanya Vadala and many nieces and nephews. Funeral service in the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons-Bruno Funeral Home 128 Revere St Revere on Saturday Sept 18th at 12:00 (Noon) Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours will be Saturday morning 10:00 to 12:00. Late former Employee Kayem Foods Chelsea and Pryority Foods of Woburn. Interment will be in Puritan Lawn Cemetery.
