Rubbicco, Donald "Don" of East Boston and Topsfield on January 6, 2022 at the age of 52. Born in Boston on September 27, 1969. He is survived by his loving father Donald Rubbicco and his wife Sharon of Austin, TX and his loving mother Elaine Grato and her late husband Thomas of East Boston. Beloved husband of 20 years to Linda (Czerwinski) Rubbicco. Cherished father of Colton, Chase, and Hadley Rubbicco. Dear brother of Jack Ciulla and his wife Susan, Jeffrey Ciulla and his wife Karen, Joshua Rubbicco and his wife Jessi, Jillian Rubbicco, and the late Tommy and Timmy Grato. Adored son in law of Joseph and Donna Czerwinski of Malden. Caring brother in law of Joseph Czerwinski and his wife Brenda of Everett. Also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him. Donald was a graduate of Minuteman Technical and Wentworth University. He had a successful career in Construction Management in the Boston area, most recently employed as a Senior Project Engineer with Boston Planning and Development. He shared over 30 years of travel, adventure, and loving friendship with his wife Linda. Raising his three children was his proudest accomplishment and he relished in his title as “Fun Dad”. He was a resourceful and devoted son to his parents. Everyone who was lucky to call Donald friend will remember his big personality, joy of life, love of fishing, boating, and scuba diving. He was an active and lively member of East Boston Yacht Club. Our beloved Captain has left us far too soon. His perpetual light will shine upon us. A Funeral from the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons-Bruno Funeral Home 128 Revere St, Revere on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at 10:00am. Funeral Mass at St. Anthony's in Revere at 11:00am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. A Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. Private interment. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Don's name to the Masconomet Education Foundation, Masconomet Middle School, 20 Endicott Road, Boxford, MA 01921 or at masconometeducationfoundation.org.
