Montgomery, Christopher “Quiet Bear” Nipmuc Indian, of Revere formerly of Boston on Jan 22nd. Beloved husband of the late Margaret (Pollard). Devoted father of Christopher and his wife Doris of MA, Erick of RI, Helena Montgomery of RI and the late Therese Williams. Also survived by 4 loving grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Funeral Services in the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons-Bruno Funeral Home 128 Revere St Revere on Wednesday Jan 28th at 3:00 pm. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visitation will be 1 – 3 pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Nipmuc Tribal Council 25 Main St, South Grafton, MA 01560. Christopher retired from the Metropolitan Police Dept (Revere); He was a WW II Navy Veteran, Commissioner of Indian Affairs for Worcester County and served on the Board of Elders for the Nipmuc Council.
