RUSSELL, Charles M. “Charlie” – of Revere, December 22nd at 77 years of age. Cherished son of the late Martin B. and Mary (Maxwell) Russell. Dear brother of Mary Girard and her husband Jerry and James Russell and his wife Susan, all of Wyoming. Due to the current spike in COVID-19, the guidelines issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and local officials, funeral services will be privately held and are under the direction of the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons – Bruno Funeral Home, 128 Revere Street, Revere, MA 02151.
