Anthony J Toomey

Toomey, Anthony J. Age 19, of Revere formerly of East Boston, suddenly on March 12, 2021. Beloved son of Sherri L Marano of Chelsea, and James M.Toomey and his fiancée Natalie Wiedmann of Lynn. Dear brother of James M. Toomey Jr of East Boston. Nephew to special uncle Alphonse Marano and his aunt Ann Marie. Cherished grandson of Michael D. Marano of East Boston, Judy (Serino) Marano of Saugus, Debbie Patrazza of Swampscott and the late James Toomey. Also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Anthony was an RHS graduate class of 2020. He always wanted a career in law enforcement, and he began that journey working as a security guard for Boston Children’s Hospital and recently became a member of the Laborers union Local 22. Anthony had great sense of humor and the ability to make people laugh. A memorial Mass celebrating Anthony’s life will be held on Saturday March 20th in Sacred Heart Parish 303 Paris St East Boston at 10:00 am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Mask and social distancing are mandatory upon entering Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Boston Children’s Hospital Trust by visiting childrenshospital.org
