Anthony "Tony" Primo

Anthony “Tony” Primo Sr. of Revere, passed away surrounded by his sons on October 25, 2026 at the age of 72. He was born on March 7, 1954 to the late Gus and Josephine (Clemens) Primo. Beloved husband of the late Rita Rasetta-Primo. Devoted father of five loving sons, Anthony, Zachary, Michael, John, and Thomas. Affectionate father-in-law to both Eleni (Karalis) Primo and Rita Depina. Dear brother of James Primo. Loving uncle, cousin, and friend to many. Tony touched the hearts of everyone he met, welcoming all into his life with open arms and compassion. Tony and family successfully ran Primo’s Pizzeria in Somerville for decades, after retirement Tony found joy in driving special needs children to and from school for MCJ Transportation. Tony’s whole life was devoted to being the ultimate family man, which can never be replace however his sons/family will be forever grateful to have been blessed to know such a loving person.

Funeral from the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons Funeral Home 128 Revere Street, Revere on Monday November 2nd at 10:00 AM., followed by a Funeral Mass in the Immaculate Conception Church (Revere) at 11 AM. Family and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours will be Sunday, November 1st, 4:00-7:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery (Malden).
